Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
No Replacement for Damaged Deliveries:
- We do not provide replacements for products that are damaged during transit.
- Our company is not liable for any damage caused during transit, as we rely on third-party courier services for shipping.
- Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and raise any claims directly with the courier service if damage is suspected.
How to Request a Replacement
- Contact our support team at support@laptoptruevalue.com with your order details.
- Provide clear images/videos of the product showing the defect along with the purchase invoice.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement product or guide you on the next steps.
Terms & Conditions for Replacement
- All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, cords, adaptors, and documentation.
- Items must be undamaged and in good working condition with no alterations to hardware or software.
- You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exchange/replace.
Shipping Charges for Replacements
- If the replacement is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the replacement is requested due to customer preference (e.g., model change), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for choosing the right product before purchase.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of any disputes with the courier service.
